We seem to have a problem around here finding shoes when we need them. We can always find one of everything. Such was the case last night when we were headed to Aunt Susie's for dinner. Sam couldn't find his other shoe. Sometimes if they would make an effort to look, it's really easy to find. But, they just don't know how to make that effort. Sam was just standing there, crying because we were going to leave him if he didn't find his shoe (we would never really leave him, promise). It was easier for him to just go 'without his beary feet,' as he kept saying, than to try and find the other shoe. After getting after him several times to go LOOK for his shoe instead of just standing there, he finally said, "I think a little mouse ate my other shoe." Oh man, don't tell me that's started already!
My New Favorite Quote:
"All can walk where Jesus walked when, with His words on our lips, His spirit in our hearts, and His teachings in our lives, we journey through mortality. I would hope that we would walk as he walked with confidence in the future, with an abiding faith in His Father, and with a genuine love for others." President Thomas S. Monson

1 now let's hear it from you:
I'm the shoe Nazi. Poor Sam, those little mice are horrible I tell you. Pretty soon they will be eating all their Halloween candy and stealing their Christmas presents.
