Who likes spending 4 hours in the ER? Especially when it's something so trivial as taking out a dumb popcorn kernel. You can't blame Sam for wanting to come home so bad, can you? After begging and begging to go home, daddy told him they had to wait for the dr. Finally Sam said, "I know, let's just go home. And when the dr. comes out, he'll say, 'oh, where did daddy and Sam go?'"
After a few hours of waiting, and several attempts to get the kernel out of Sam's ear, it was decided that sedation was in order. Once Sam was asleep, they popped that sucker right out. Nothing to it and Sam finally got to come home. Can't wait to ge that bill.

LOL! That boy and his little adventures! I love it! I'm glad to hear they got it out okay. What a cutie!
Poor guy!! I wouldn't want to wait for hours and hours either. I would have been an extremely squeaky wheel. After all, an almost 4 year old can only wait for so long.
