My New Favorite Quote:

"All can walk where Jesus walked when, with His words on our lips, His spirit in our hearts, and His teachings in our lives, we journey through mortality. I would hope that we would walk as he walked with confidence in the future, with an abiding faith in His Father, and with a genuine love for others." President Thomas S. Monson

The Twins are Three

The twins recently celebrated their third birthday. Their favorite part of the whole day was opening presents and blowing out the candles on their birthday cake. Before we could even eat dinner they were already insisting on cake. It was all we could do to convince them to eat dinner first. After a quick dinner, they were ready to blow out their candles. They weren't even as excited to eat cake as they were about the candles.
It's hard to believe they're three. They are so much fun, though. We are so blessed to have them in our family. They bring us so much joy.
A little about each of them:
Isaac was the firstborn by 2 minutes. In the last several months he has come out of his shell. It's amazing to see him grow. He surprises everyone with his fun personality. He is very talkative and has quite the imagination. He can be such a tease. He loves to cuddle. Many times out of the blue he will tell me, "Mom, I love you." He is very sensitive and has a lot of concern for his brothers, especially for his twin brother. He talks really well, but there are a few words I love to hear him say: Poncuter (computer), pomato (tomato), marboros (overalls).
Ben: the younger by 2 minutes has a fun smile and a whole lot of energy. He loves mischief. I can always tell who it is that stuffs the toilet with toilet paper, or who spreads the toothpaste or lotion all over the place. He is not afraid to wander off while the rest of my boys tend to stay close to mom. He has a magnetic personality and is a lot of fun to have around. I love to hear him say snelkon (skeleton), poncuter (computer), pomato (tomato).
We love you, Isaac and Ben. Have fun being 3.

1 now let's hear it from you:

Happy Birthday Boys!!! You're growing like weeds. A few things about my favorite twins: Isaac - loves to dress up, whenever he comes over he is always wearing the ironman mask or batman mask. He has a great imagination and has just recently started cuddling with me!! Ben - is all over the place. I love the way he runs!! He just bounds left and right and manages to get from point a to point b in a matter of seconds. His blonde tufts of hair add to his menacing, teasing look. They're the best!! And I love them so much.
