My New Favorite Quote:

"All can walk where Jesus walked when, with His words on our lips, His spirit in our hearts, and His teachings in our lives, we journey through mortality. I would hope that we would walk as he walked with confidence in the future, with an abiding faith in His Father, and with a genuine love for others." President Thomas S. Monson

Christmas Day

After a fun Christmas Eve party in Richfield, eating, opening gifts from Grandma and Grandpa, eating, sitting on Santa's lap, trying to recreate the nativity, eating some more, and giving gifts of love to the Savior, the excitement wasn't over. Santa was loading his sleigh with lots of goodies for boys and girls everywhere and would soon be on his way. The boys were so excited they could hardly sleep. Christmas morning finally came and the first ones to wake up at 7:45 were Ben and Isaac. We had to drag Ammon and Sam out of bed. We said our family prayers, sang Silent night and we were off to see the wonderous gifts that Santa had delivered. Unfortunately, wasn't able to locate the camera, so we don't have any still shots, but we got it all on video.
It was a great day! The boys had so much fun with all their new toys. The best was taking them sledding for their first time ever, thanks to the new sleds from Aunt Angie and Uncle Brandon. And while we had fun opening presents and playing with new toys, the best part of all was just being together as a family.

1 now let's hear it from you:

Being together is the best thing of all. I LOVED watching all the kids go sledding. I'm glad you had a Merry Christmas.
