Good luck with the sell. We're actually just about to put ours on the market too...hoping to get some decent offers. I can't tell you how much I hate moving, but you understand completely, I'm sure.
That is so great. I am sure that most of it has to do with the price. We are praying that some great offer will come along. Even though there are a ton of memories associated with your house, we hope that everything works out in the end. Good luck or is it break a leg? Hmm.
