My New Favorite Quote:

"All can walk where Jesus walked when, with His words on our lips, His spirit in our hearts, and His teachings in our lives, we journey through mortality. I would hope that we would walk as he walked with confidence in the future, with an abiding faith in His Father, and with a genuine love for others." President Thomas S. Monson

First Things First

It's been an eventful summer. Here are some pictures of the endless fun we've had. It's going to take a few weeks for the kids to catch up on all their missed sleep.relay for life 037

Relay for Life was a great experience. The two older boys stayed up until all hours of the night.

We set up our tent on the football field and took turns walking the track. Grandma Cindy walked the survivors lap and a couple more after that, so she did really good. Grandpa Max also took a turn.

With all that was going on, the babies didn't want to go to sleep, either. relay for life 035

They boys had fun camping out in the tent. relay for life 055

Abby thought she was going to stay up all night. She eventually gave in with the rest of us and tried to get some sleep. I don't think any of us really slept, though.relay for life 036 relay for life 082 We had a lot of fun and felt like we were working together for a good cause. I think we could do it again next year.

Let's hear it for the team!

3 now let's hear it from you:

Sweet, I'm the first to comment. Relay was a blast, if you don't count the bugs. I'll do it next year if there are no bugs.
