Well, happy new year! 2010 is now upon us, already. Seems like just yesterday we were celebrating the year 2000. A whole decade has passed just like that. In that decade, I have gotten married, moved 6 times, and had 4 kids, and I am 10 years older and fatter. Why is it then that I still feel like I'm 20 years old?
We brought in the new year with my sisters Bonnie, and Susie, Mom and Dad, and Matt and Abby. I gained 10 pounds, I'm sure of it, just on New Years Eve. We had a great time playing Hand and Foot. Bonnie and Susie were enjoying kicking mine and Mom's hinnies, until Matt and Abby joined in and showed absolutely no mercy. We decided to play another game.
New Years Day was spent with Matt and Abby's family eating delicious omelets, sledding, and were dog tired by mid-afternoon. I love celebrating the New Year!
