I just read a post (click) that was very inspiring and thought it would be a good idea to list the things I'm grateful for. I know it's not Thanksgiving, but I thought I would share my gratitude for my many blessings anyway because that's what we are supposed to do-show gratitude in all things. It has been said that when life seems toughest, we should count our blessings. I'm not saying that life is at it's toughest for us. But it may seem lately that I have probably complained a lot about the things I don't have, and have been ungrateful for what I do have. I have been given so much and feel so unworthy of them.
With the economic downturn, it doesn't feel like we've been affected much. Maybe it's because we aren't so rich, monetarily, anyway, that I haven't felt the crunch. We have been able to make ends meet. We haven't had to worry about where the next meal is coming from. We have a roof over our heads and comfortable beds. I have my family, 4 beautiful boys and a wonderful husband. That is where my riches lie - in my family. I have so much more to be grateful for and I thank my Father in Heaven for the bounteous blessings he has poured out upon us. I hope to always remain worthy of those blessings.

3 now let's hear it from you:
I'm with you Sharon. Life is good and we all have a lot to be thankful for. I'm grateful that you guys live close enough now that we can come by and visit. Although, I do miss our annual trip to St. George in January/February to warm up. :)
There is a lot to be thankful for. Shelter, food, family, and health are tops on my list. Great blog.
Sharon you gave me chills!!! Thank you soooooo much for the reminder of just how very blessed we are!! I love your inspirational posts. They always pick me up! I'm grateful for missionaries and the Gospel, my family, my friends, the laughter of children and their sparkly eye smiles, yellow celery, FULL gas tanks & pantry's, chocolate, and paid bills.... just to name a few..... :D
