That is, SALE PENDING. We still have a month of keeping our fingers crossed before we're actually sold, but we can still celebrate, right?! A lot of prayers have been answered. Please pray now that all will go as smoothly as they can with the closing process. We have a lot to be thankful for. The Lord is taking care of us. Who would have thought this would happen so quick. It's been a tense last couple of days as we've been waiting for this offer and then to hear back on our counteroffer which they accepted this afternoon. Hopefully this means no more getting caught stinky and braless!!!

YAY!!! I've been hoping and hoping that it would sell quickly for you :) That's been the one "perk" of foreclosure, I haven't had to deal with getting ours all spiffed up and ready to sell and be ready for whenever someone decided to come do a 2 minute look at it.
